SADA Engineering consulting was established as a private engineering bureau under the order No. (22) in the 10-1-2012, issued from the office of the Engineers Association of Kurdistan No. (21) and according to the system engineering offices in the Kurdistan region of Iraq (No. 3) , 2011 issued by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government , which initiated the office immediately after the issuance of the order in Erbil .

The bureau offers consultancy services in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, planning, architecture & construction management.

Since its founding, SEC has provided full-scale consultancy services for many large projects throughout Kurdistan region - Iraq.

SEC has offered its consulting services in the areas of urban planning and architecture, transportation, highway and airport engineering water supply and irrigation, wastewater and structural engineering.

SEC offers consulting services at every stage of project delivery, from conceptual planning to commissioning. This includes project definition, site investigations, studies and feasibility reports, preliminary design, detailed design and specifications, preparation of tender and contract documents, construction supervision, contract administration and construction management.
